THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A MANIAC

EARLY LIFE
Sir Chuck Bone Ceo/Director/Publisher/ Composer/Lyricist/Beatmaker/Producer of Crazy Thought Production and Entertainment cc.
Author and Publisher of Maniac Magazine in Association with Maniac True-Lies Times Sick Weird News Network.
Executive Chief Director of Maniac Society.
Born in 1983 June 20 Thursday 06:30 and 26 seconds it was winter, Sir Chuck Bone grew up at Shankuraniville Durban South Basin Coast from an extended family with his mother, aunties, cousins and his late gran-parents. His mother was a general worker and his father was a guitarist, Sir Chuck Bone attended junior high with the love of arts and he wanted to be a designer or a musician, due to the lack of support from his parents who intended to convinced him to stay away from arts rather than being involve in other related social studies so that he can become something that’s gonna be representative to his family.
When he attended high school at Grade 8 Sir Chuck Bone showed much anticipation when he first laid his hands on a drawing board where he was influenced by his junior high school mate who he met at Grade5. As time goes on, Sir Chuck Bone came with something different as his unique style to mix drawings with thought mind musicals, where he drew a picture and it was assorted with a certain element of music groove. At Grade 10 Sir Chuck Bone stood his grounds as an art student and he was supported by his art teacher who she saw a modified talent, but as time was heading towards Sir Chuck Bone at High School, he was involved in other non-social activities such as Gambling, Jerking, Doping n Slanging in school where the love of arts vanished and he formed a group called Gambling Family with his schoolmates sort of like a stokvel, where they would rap and gamble at the same time to offend the inferiors to the game. Sir Chuck Bone gave much love to his new activities gambling and rapping which kept his artistic dream aside as he was making money as a compulsory thing.
“Yo!!! We used rap and gamble at the same time so that the teachers won’t notice that we up to mischief. Man it was like singing to the cards for your lucky number” Sir Chuck Bone
Sir Chuck, accompanied by one of his friends who he formed a Gambling Family with, Gift Mhlongo, as his beatbox they would rap in school corners while gambling. He never entered any rap competitions at school but he was considered to be the best rapper in his school.  He was remembered as one of the most popular kids in his school because of his sense of humor, superior rapping skills, and ability to mix in with all crowds and naughty attitude which leaded him to detentions. Sir Chuck Bone was known as a school "rebel" by many in his school, he was known for always speaking his mind and challenged the school authorities in his youth.

INFLUENCE
Sir Chuck Bone was a voracious reader. He was inspired by a wide variety of writers AND  musical he was influence by his daddy who was a guitarist and the likes of underground rap and soul between 1970’s – 1999 the likes of underground rappers Too $hort, Luniz, Jungle Brothers, A Tribe Called Quest, Bishop Lamont etc. and the likes of soul musicians such as George Clinton, Isaac Hayes, Brooke Benton, Nate King Cole and Curtis Mayfield as his primary musical influences where he used to play it for his granny every afternoon.
Yo!! Granny used to say: Chuck please play me that Brooke Benton again, n I was like for how long and those artists built some soul elements inside me. But that time I couldn’t tell and separate it, coz I was anticipated to listen to my rap tapes”. Sir Chuck Bone
Sir Chuck has said that his primary instrument in his working house studio is the Akai MPC 15000, a drum machine and sampler, and that he often uses as many as four or five to produce a single recording. Unlike most rap producers, he tries to avoid samples as much as possible, preferring to have studio musicians re-play pieces of music he wants to use, because it allows him more flexibility to change the pieces in rhythm and tempo. "I may hear something I like on an old record that may inspire me, but I'd rather use musicians to re-create the sound or elaborate on it. I can control it better”
After founding Crazy Thought Production, Sir Chuck Bone took on producer Ntrazo as a co-producer, and his music took on a more looped and synthesizer-based sound, using fewer instruments samples.

MUSIC CAREER
The Birth Of Crazy Thought Production.
Sir Chuck Bone started rapping in-house in 1998 where he formed a group called Geto Boys with his three-cousins alias Chuck Bone himself, SouljahBoy, CastroDimera and a young lady Flower Girl as a backup singer at that time she was 8years old. They recorded a demo in-house using a power full technics sound system and one microphone which they shared while recording and their demo had 3songs “For the love of our name, We are who We are and Realistic sick bastards” using looped instruments which were arranged by Sir Chuck Bone as an amateur producer. Sir Chuck Bone discovered the love of mixing tunes, loops and creating his own sounds. Geto Boys lasted for a short period due to the school holidays had to be over.
Sir Chuck Bone kept the love of music to his heart as his new thing that he felt for, and made a decision as his new next thing that he wanna live without. In 2004 when he was studying his Web Design, Software Specialist and Media Consultant Diplomas at Boston College he met Masupa “Superga” from Johannesburg and their friendship grew from there as they both loved music and rapping. Every Thursday night they often attended the Bat Centre to watch many rappers performing live.
Sir Chuck Bone would spend most of his time with the sound engineering students instead of going to lunch and learn few basic elements of composing and arranging sounds.
“Fruity loops and Cube base was something kinda new to me and I was like!!! What the fuck, when I was looking at the software deskboard, after 2 days something creepy and funky came to my imagination and I was like again what the Fuck, I just did a melody and one of the students looked at me and said: is that you or one of the samples”. Sir Chuck Bone
Music love brewed even more, Sir Chuck and Superga begun rapping in college corridors and he decided to form a group with Superga who was a good lyricist with stream contents while Sir Chuck Bone was behind the crazy lyric contents, arranging sounds and modifying themes of lifestyles and he gave Superga alias as Black Jesus because of his conscious side and himself as Crazy Thought because of his creative crazy lyrics. Sir Chuck Bone and Superga recorded 5songs under their alias, but the demo was kept as a lost tape till now still lost. In 2005 despite that Masupa “Superga” had to go back home to Johannesburg, and Sir Chuck Bone had to keep up with that bequest of pushing their demo it wasn’t easy for Sir Chuck due to the lack of resources and people who were not willing to help for airwaves.
In 2006 January 15 Sir Chuck Bone was involved in a car accident with his twin childhood friends which he associates them as his brothers. Sir Chuck broke both of his legs in a funny manner where he thought he will never walk again and his love for music faded again as he lost hope of walking again. After 4months while on crutches trying to walk he met up with his cousin “ Vusi Maestro” who had a music software and Maestro introduced Hip-Hop Ejay 5 to Sir Chuck Bone. Maestro was impressed of the compositions they both created, just that Sir Chuck was using easy-sophisticated tunes and elements on his compositions and Maestro handed over the software to Sir Chuck Bone.  Around June 2006 Sir Chuck Bone Started composing and arranging his own sounds which to him were piano synthesizing, fast or slow funky drum beat tempos, extra waves and soft different melodies of organ. In a week, he would create 15 beats fully arranged and another 10 beats as still pending to be completed.
During his distressing moment around August 2006 he met up with his childhood friend Lolli who had love for music too and he came to his house, where Sir Chuck would work on beats and Lolli would freestyle. They both had unique elements towards music freestyling flows and creations. They both freestyled and received more moderate promotion from the neighbors and friends that they must keep it up with their styles.  Around that time they used to hangout with childhood friends Ntrazo, D.O.T and Chris, Chris wasn’t part of the group but he would freestyle with the crew.
Again in 2007, the group was originally called "Crazy Thought Production" by Sir Chuck Bone. The group consisted of four members: Chuck Bone, Ntrazo, Lolli, D.O.T and later Chris the regulator and recorded 2tracks entitled Sigora Ngenkani and King of a Castle in the studio of an amateur producer. Titled track of Sigora Ngenkani was Lolli’s side track where Sir Chuck Bone did the last 6lines closure and King Of A Castle was recorded as a Freestyle track due to the feud with the record owner and Ntrazo wasn’t present at the recordings at that time. The group shortened itself to CTP and Sir Chuck Bone and the group was responsible for the majority of their themes of lyrical expressions and lyrics contents.
King of a Castle

Verse: two Sir Chuck.

Verse: Three Lolli

Crazy Thought style and technique can be described as melodic, yet sophisticated-tunes of freestyles and tone of crazy element of voices. Their flow is often interwoven with what’s happening around them at mid high-speed, melodic pace or slow, harmonic pace. They also tend to ride the beat that they're rapping over. Sometimes there are no choruses separating their verses from one another. In the beginning, Crazy Thought Production, pseudo-loops from other tracks delivery with their trademark style, though they rarely do this now. Sir Chuck Bone used both spiritual and occult undertones (e.g., "Crazy thought production ayidingi Introduction"). At first, their subject matter was almost always exclusively about funny lifestyle concepts, dissing fake mcees and smoking marijuana.
FEUDS
Crazy Thought Production was a freestyling group who will rip off any mcee who wanted to challenge them, and there were considered as the realistic sick conscious group due to their lyrical contents.  Local acts were feuding with Crazy Thought Production were the Tiger Boys who also disclaim that they had much experience in the field of freestyling than CTP. Crosswords were launched between the two groups, A Crazy Thought Production freestyle will always remain as Crazy Thought.
PLANS FOR CHUCK BONE
After creating Crazy Thought Production then Maniac Magazine in association with Maniac True Lies Times Sick Weird News Network then Maniac Society. Mid October 2012 Chuck Bone established another production which is Down For Whatever Chilling On The Corner Brotha Production, which is based on the street arts (graffiti, b-boxing, breakdancing etc.).
